Hello my lovlies,
it's been a while since I uploaded my last outfit post.
It took me so long to finally start eating healthy and working out. But now I'm feeling so motivated and ready to live a healthier life.
After every workout I feel so much better and more relaxed - I love that feeling!
I'm changing my nutrition which means I drink a lot more water, juice and tea but I'm also making sure that I eat a lot more fruits and vegetables and less sugar. I can't wait to see what the results will be in the long run.
Sometimes it's hard to find motivation to work out or eating healthy but you have to challenge yourself by setting goals and trying to accomplish those.
I'm still learning and trying out new workouts and foods/meals so if you have any tips for me feel free to write me a comment. :)
